What we collect and why

This website does not store anything you type. The quote form opens your own email app with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. If you email or ring us, we use your name, phone number, email, car registration, photos and job details only to give you a quote, book and carry out the work, and keep the records a garage needs (for example invoices and warranty records).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We only share it where needed to do the job (for example with a parts supplier or your insurer if you ask us to) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote emails for up to 12 months and job and invoice records for as long as UK tax law requires (normally 6 years).

Maps and links

The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps, which may set cookies and collect data under Google's own privacy policy. Links to other sites, such as Google and what3words, take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies. Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

Reviews we share

We sometimes share customer reviews on our website and social media, with the reviewer's permission and showing only a first name or initial. If you would like a review of yours removed from our pages, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
